By accessing and using SmoothSplit, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

SmoothSplit is a document preparation service that helps users:

• Prepare Ontario divorce and separation documents
• Generate court-compliant forms
• Receive guidance through video tutorials

Important: SmoothSplit is NOT a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Review all generated documents carefully
• Seek legal advice for complex situations
• Not share your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes

4. Payment Terms

• Separation Agreement: $149 CAD + tax
• Complete Divorce Package: $499 CAD + tax
• One-time payment, no subscriptions
• 30-day access to your documents
• Payments processed securely through Stripe

5. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of purchase if no documents have been generated. Once documents are generated and downloaded, sales are final. Please contact us at sandeeppatangay@gmail.com for refund requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmoothSplit provides document preparation services only. We are not responsible for:

• Court acceptance or rejection of documents
• Legal outcomes of your case
• Errors in information you provide
• Decisions made based on our service

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
